This website, truegameent.com, is operated by True Game Entertainment, LLC (“True Game Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Products & Availability

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Some products are made to order. Limited-release and exclusive items may have restricted availability.

Orders & Payments

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use an authorized payment method.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may decline or cancel orders because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, or material listing errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges, as applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these terms or our other policies limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Studio Services & Project Inquiries

The Sound Room provides information about recording and related creative services through the Site.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not, by itself, confirm a recording session or project engagement.

Any applicable session pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, deliverables, and project conditions will be provided during the booking or agreement process. Separately accepted service agreements govern the services they cover.

Music, Artwork & Brand Materials

Music, recordings, videos, photographs, artwork, logos, designs, and written content displayed on the Site belong to True Game Entertainment or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to the Site or purchase of merchandise does not grant ownership of these materials or permission to commercially reproduce, distribute, sample, or otherwise license them.

Music licensing, beat licensing, collaborations, and other rights-based uses require a separate agreement with the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify. The Site may also link to or use third-party payment, scheduling, streaming, marketing, and other services.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or their content.

Privacy & Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Marketing subscriptions are optional. Purchasing a product or submitting a general inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

Any SMS program we offer is subject to its applicable signup disclosures and separate Mobile Terms of Service.

Website Availability & Liability

We aim to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its informational content are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
